IGNORANCE
Oh! The bells of ignorance
ring hard,
Staggering steps of zombies
are heard in a distance,
They march forward in
confidence.
Their eyes are blinded by lust
and faith,
Zealously they approach the
banks of desperation.
Yet, after the sacrifice of
foolishness is done,
Another, yet another, and
another drops dead.
Enlightenment is most pained
by these delusions,
Sanity, sanity, it cries out.
